After almost a decade of public accounting experience, I started Castaldi CPA, Inc. to provide tailored accounting services for nonprofit organizations. My expertise in nonprofits includes foundations, grantmaking organizations, social services and healthcare, helping mission-driven organizations maintain financial transparency, compliance and operational efficiency.

During my tenure at a highly regarded regional CPA firm, I gained extensive experience with nonprofit organizations conducting financial statement audits, Uniform Guidance audits, Uniform Financial Reports and Form 990 tax filings.

Beyond leading my firm, I am committed to developing the next generation of accounting professionals. As an adjunct professor at Stonehill College, I take pride in mentoring students and fostering an appreciation for the field of accounting. I enjoy creating an engaging learning environment where students can connect technical concepts with real-world applications.
